As many of you may be aware, investors of VG Rentals, Inc. undertook a multi-million dollar renovation to preserve the historic Auburn Floors and Piccirillo buildings on Genesee Street in downtown Auburn contributing to the City’s revitalization plan. After several months of construction, the project is now near completion. Together, these buildings will offer 18 upscale apartments along with several ground floor commercial spaces.
